Planned service areas include maternal and perinatal mental health support and couples and relationship counseling. Final age ranges, eligibility details, and service availability will be posted before opening.

Are all listed services available now?

No. Brighter Roots Counseling & Family Wellness is opening soon. Services will be offered only as appropriate within Ashley’s training, competence, clinical supervision, and applicable North Carolina requirements.

Will sessions be in person or online?

Both options will be available. In-office sessions will be offered at 804 W. Vernon Avenue in Kinston, and telehealth will be available to eligible clients located in North Carolina at the time of service.

How are caregivers involved?

Caregiver involvement may include check-ins, family sessions, coaching, and home practice, depending on the child’s age, needs, and treatment goals.

Will you accept insurance?

Insurance participation, private-pay rates, and payment policies will be shared before the practice begins scheduling clients.
